Returning Student Registration

Online Annual Registration for returning students opens July 27 in Skyward Family Access. 

All students who finished the school year in Burleson ISD and are returning for the 2026-27 school year must register and complete proof of residency. Log in to Skyward Family Access to complete student registration,  update contact information and emergency contacts, complete Proof of Residency (POR), update health information, and sign off on the BISD 1:You Lending Agreement for your student’s digital device (grades PK-12).

New Student Enrollment

New student enrollment is for students who are new to BISD and were not enrolled in a BISD school on the last day of the prior school year. 

New student enrollment information is available HERE, and you can complete the paperwork online. After applications are reviewed, the campus will contact you if any additional information is needed to complete the enrollment process. Please visit your student’s campus for summer hours.

Student Transfers (in-district & out-of-district transfers)

Families interested in applying for a student transfer (in-district or out-of-district transfer) should visit Student Transfers to review transfer information and the application process.

Transportation Requests

To request transportation with GoldStar Transit for the 2025-2026 school year, complete the Transportation Request form. To ensure bus service on the first day of school, eligible families must complete the transportation request form by July 31st.
